How to Boost Immune System for Kids and Adults

It’s pretty cool to boost our immunity. we can’t improve our immunity in a single day. we have to follow certain things to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

A 30 min exercise, fresh vegetables, and fruits mainly citrus-based, 2 eggs plays an important role to increase our immunity. And these are the few things we follow to fight with certain viruses around us.

Turmeric milk:

It’s very simple and easy to follow. Take a glass of warm milk and a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a tablespoon of jaggery powder. jaggery powder gives Iron for our bodies. We should take this milk before going to bed.

Lime juice:

Lime is rich in Vitamin C. Take a glass of warm water and add a tablespoon of lime juice and a tablespoon of honey. Mix it well and drink in the early mornings If you are fine with ginger, add some grated ginger to it. It will reduce your Belly fat too.

Fresh Fruits:

Fruits such as papaya, Guava, Citrus fruits contain a good amount of Vitamin C. Consuming Vit C protects us from seasonal diseases like a cold, cough.

Exercise:

A minimum 30 minutes of exercise is needed in this busy schedule. We need not put too much effort into this, but we should do simple Yoga or a Walk.

Generally, kids and elders are fall sick in winter and rainy seasons due to lack of immunity. We should follow a healthy diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
